YOU DETERMINE THE COVERAGE OF COSTS

You obtain a confirmation of coverage for the anaesthesia services, if necessary, and forward it to us.

OUR PREPARATIONS FOR THE PROCEDURE

  • As soon as we have received the registration for the operation, we will send the information regarding the anaesthesia to the patient, or
  • We provide you with the option of our documents so that you can give or forward the information to the patients
  • Specifically, these are:
    – Leaflet on outpatient anaesthesia
    – Medical history form
  • We will contact you if further preoperative clarifications are necessary
  • We will contact the patients 1 to 2 days before the procedure and conduct a personal discussion with the patients in preparation for anaesthesia

OUR SUPPORT ON THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE

  • We will personally introduce ourselves to the patient on the day of the procedure and answer any open questions
  • After the procedure, we will monitor the patient until there is no longer any need for care from an anaesthesiological point of view and until the patients are either discharged to their homes accompanied by someone, or we transfer the care to your team
  • After the procedure, we will of course be available around the clock (24 hours after the procedure) for questions or complications

OUR INVOICING AFTER THE OPERATION

  • In the event of procedures that are covered by statutory health insurance, we will send our invoices directly to the responsible guarantor in accordance with the Tarmed rates
  • In the event of procedures that are not covered by statutory health insurance, we will invoice you or the patient for our services in accordance with the agreed conditions
  • If the invoicing is to proceed directly with the patient, we will send the patient a cost estimate in advance
