[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The Swiss Society for Anaesthesia and Resuscitation (SGAR), together with established accreditation organisations for outpatient anaesthesia, have issued the following guidelines:[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

YOUR INFRASTRUCTURE<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Sufficient space for the procedure: approximately 2 m\u00b2, preferably at the patient’s head, on the foot side in dental practices<\/li>\n
  • A separate room with reclining option as recovery room for post-operative monitoring \u2013 not absolutely necessary if the patient is lying comfortably (dental treatment chair) and the treatment room is reserved for a correspondingly long time<\/li>\n
  • Easy access to the procedures room and the monitoring room for any transfer of a patient who is lying down<\/li>\n
  • Emergency power (e.g., batteries for devices): all our devices have rechargeable batteries<\/li>\n
  • Fire extinguisher<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    OUR TRANSPORTABLE ANAESTHESIA EQUIPMENT<\/h2>\n

    We will generally bring a complete anaesthesia workstation which complies with the current SGAR guidelines. Among other things, this includes:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Cardiopulmonary monitoring (ECG, SpO2<\/sub>, RR, etCO2<\/sub>, temp.)<\/li>\n
    • Ventilator, including circular section and mobile oxygen \/ AIR<\/li>\n
    • Suction unit<\/li>\n
    • Emergency equipment (defibrillator, medication, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
